Fund Manager - Continental Europe Real Estate

Gil is the Fund Manager of Encore+. Previously, he worked at Standard Life Investments where he was a Portfolio Manager for their €2billion pan-European real estate funds. Prior to that he worked at Zecca Properties with responsibility for pan-European real estate developments and investments.

Gil holds a Postgraduate Degree in Property Investment from the College of Estate Management, University of Reading, and a Diploma from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as well as the Investment Property Forum. He has also completed the IMC and is fluent in six languages.
