Ian Williamson

Portfolio Manager / National Director - LaSalle Investment Management

Ian Williamson is the Portfolio Manager and fully dedicated to the Encore+ Fund. Ian focuses on portfolio management including overseeing the asset management of the Fund. Ian joined Jones Lang LaSalle in September 2002 and worked in the Capital Markets team focusing on investment throughout the UK. During this time Ian advised corporate clients on conventional transactions and more complicated structures.

Following this Ian joined LaSalle Investment Management where he undertook a role as an Assistant Fund Manager on a number of client accounts, including most notably on the acquisition phase of a new fully discretionary UK mandate.

Ian graduated with Honours from the University of Reading with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business Management, he then continued to study and gained a Master of Science degree in Land Management (Commercial Real Estate) from the University of Reading. Ian is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
