Jeffrey joined the investment industry in 2003 and Aviva Investors in 2011.

Jeffrey is the Assistant Fund Manager of Encore+, an open-ended real estate fund investing in continental Europe.

Jeffrey joined Aviva Investors after 5 years at CB Richard Ellis where he was a senior consultant in the valuation advisory team in their German headquarters. Prior to this, he was a real estate investment analyst with an asset management firm in Paris, and an accounting manager with an international engineering consultancy in Canada.

Jeffrey holds a MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University, a Postgraduate Degree in Property Investment from the College of Estate Management, University of Reading, and a BComm (Dist.) from Dalhousie University. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
