Leanne’s role involves leveraging in-depth real estate product knowledge for business development and client retention purposes. Leanne is the product specialist for the Aviva Investors European Property Fund and the Aviva Investors Asia Pacific Property Fund.
Leanne joined Aviva Investors in 2008. Before joining Aviva Investors, Leanne worked as an Analyst within the research department for PRUPIM, the real estate investment management arm of Prudential plc, where she was responsible for the analysis and development of views on UK and European real estate markets. Leanne has also worked for CB Richard Ellis, the world’s leading commercial real estate advisor where she was responsible for the production of the CB Richard Ellis Monthly Index and the CB Richard Ellis Quarterly Rent and Yield Monitor.
Leanne holds a BSC (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Birmingham. She also holds the Investment Management Certificate.
