Markus Beran

National Director - LaSalle Investment Management

Mr. Beran is responsible for developing and leading all bank financing negotiations, finalising loan agreements and the ongoing covenant checks.

Prior to joining the LaSalle, Mr. Beran worked for Hypo Real Estate Group, where he was responsible for international assignments in client relationship management and acquisitions for over 14 years.

Mr. Beran holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Saarbrüchen Polytechnic, Germany and a post graduate certificate in Real Estate Economics from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany.
